1. Digital products
All products are digital files (PDF, PNG, etc.). No physical item will be shipped. After payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link via email and on the order confirmation page.
2. Refund and exchange policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, wrong file format), contact us within 7 days and we will replace the file.
3. License and usage
- Personal Use only (unless you purchased a Commercial License – contact us for options).
- You may print the files for yourself or as a gift.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share, or upload our files to any public platform (including social media groups, file-sharing sites, or template marketplaces).
4. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your email address and order details accurate. We are not liable for lost download links due to typos or spam filters.
